Unveiling a Customer-Centric Chute Experience

Kimberly Jones and Rob Ryan have teamed up to create a customer-focused company dedicated to providing American-made trash and linen chutes while providing fast and reliable repair services in the Carolinas.

Kimberly Jones has occupied a leadership role for more than 20 years. Her industry background consists of Construction, Architectural Services and Contract Furniture. Kimberly has a proven ability to grow and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients.

Kimberly resides in Charlotte, NC. She is a mom to two amazing young adults, Charlie and Lilly, who attend the University of North Carolina. In her free time, she volunteers for Mighty Riders.

Rob is an entrepreneur with a proven track record of success. In January 2023, Rob sold New Market Waste Solutions to Waste Harmonics after founding the company in 2001 and building a best-in-class service company. Previously, Rob co-founded and sold a managed services business.

Rob lives in Charlotte, NC, is married, and has three children who attended Bucknell University and two Newfoundland dogs.
